- What you were trying to do, such as merging uploads, generating a cover letter, adding a portrait or sharing a résumé
- What happened instead, including any error message you saw
Keep sensitive details private
Please do not send passwords or confidential documents. A description of the issue and the name of the affected résumé or template is usually enough to begin.
